First, please do not metaphorically poke one another with pointy, sharp things while making territorial grunting noises. Should you wish to engage in this sort of discussion—and this applies to everyone—please take it elsewhere.

Second, Iambonez, could you provide me the name and realm of any character on your friend's account? While I may be unable to assist in the manner you're requesting, I should be able to provide some clarity.

Thanks. :)

It appears there's been an awkward song-and-dance, almost Musical Chairs-type issue occurring with each consecutive fax your friend has provided to our Billing department.

First the Authentication Key was missing. Then the ID on the second attempt. Lastly, the Terms of Use form with the latest submission.

Just for clarity, retrievals of this nature must contain:

The big thing holding your friend back right now is the valid ID. Again, the ID used must not be expired and it must be legible upon reception. Here's a few tips on faxing:

Q u o t e:
- Make a black & white photocopy of your information, this way everything is already in gray scale
- Enlarge the ID by about 100% and up its brightness
- Ensure that the writing is legible; use block letting if necessary
- Have all pages go through in one submission; multiple, consecutive submissions will not count
- Fax a copy of your submission to yourself first to see how the pages will look once sent; adjust size, writing, and brightness accordingly[/ul]

If your friend can just get that ID to our Billing staff, we'd be willing to dialogue with him further.

Now, that said, the account is currently closed (banned), so after your friend is able to update his contact information, have him send an email from his registered address to [email protected] explaining the situation (may have been compromised, etc). Encourage him to be as detailed as possible; the more information we have, the better.

Q u o t e:
About the ID: I fax from a professional copy/fax place and I don't do the faxing so I don't know how to fax to myself or all about that copying and stuff but I will try my best. I will send all the required documents in one submission.

The trick is usually the enlarging and brightening of the image. Also, making sure the image is in gray scale BEFORE faxing helps tremendously.

In most situations, if you ask an employee to do these things for you, they'll be happy to oblige.

Good luck!
