We need a +hit PvP Trinket

If you are going to have a negative hit penalty on Titan's Grip and want fury to be viable for PvP you need to put more +hit in the pvp gear.

The new items that we can buy are nice and all but a fury warrior isn't going to be able to spend down their points. With arena you can't buy gems because every gem slot is going to have to be taken by a +hit gem and you can't buy the trinket because your other trinket needs to be a +hit trinket.

Based on the damage increase that Titan's Grip provides, a bit of an offset is needed. There is level 70 gear that will help make up the hit penalty at level 70 and while it probably won't do the trick in making up for the hit penalty at level 80, but there will be new gear that helps do this. Once a good hit percent is reached you can focus on damage and crit and it will probably work out well.

We will continue to watch this and will alter it in the future if we feel it isn't working out as it should be.

"damage increase" heh, if only that were true.

Two 2-handed weapons do more damage than two 1-handed weapons, yes.

It's comments like this that enrage the community here. There are lots of reports of TG lowering dps. You are parroting the simplistic and demonstrably false idea that "lolz u got 2 2-hander u need nerf."

A 2-handed weapon is stronger than a 1-handed weapon so we want a counter balance to make it so this talent is a dps improvement but not overwhelmingly so. Is the 15% to hit penalty a final solution? No, as we are still looking over numbers and determining what else (if anything) needs to be done. Things have changed with this talent multiple times in the beta and could continue to change a bit.

Also you are lucky that enrage is a useful buff now too. ;-)
