Make Brewfest items cheaper

So we can do more achievements without waiting until next year :(

Right now, the brew of the month membership is 200 tokens and 3 pieces of clothing are 350 tokens, both of which are required for achievements come 3.0, but that's too many tokens to get in 1 year

Edit: Also, there was no NPC/quest after the dark iron attack event, which is another achievement
