Realm restarts?

ok i usually am not critical of bliz but you say realm restarts in the realm status forums. realm restarts means usually < 10 minutes down. baelgun has been offline 30 minutes now. if your gonna have a realm down this long please indicate realm shutdown. learn to communicate with your customers. waiting on less qq more pew pew comments in 3, 2, 1......

We'll be providing more information to everyone as soon as possible. We're aware that we're over the time we had anticipated the downtime to last for so are working on it now. Hopefully it won't be long before we can provide another update.
