I am having the issue above, but only on one of my accounts. If I switch from one account to another with the drop down menu, it will connect to the second account and go to the character page. This has to be an issue on Blizzard's end right?

Mind putting in a ticket here? If you have the time, we'd suggest doing a live chat or phone callback ticket. It does seem strange that you're only having issues with the one account and we'd like to see if we can recreate it on our end.
