Thanks for the reports! It looks like there may be something that's bogging down your network connectivity. The speeds look good for the most part, but there are some spikes/hiccups that are showing that may explain the symptoms you're seeing.
When traveling to S2-Beta.logon:
10
* * 192 ms ae-4.r22.londen03.uk.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.5.24]
11 370 ms
* * ae-4.r22.nycmny01.us.bb.gin.ntt.net [129.250.3.126]
The asterisks here represent lost data packets at those network hubs. Your computer sent data out, but it never received it back from that location.
Heading to the xx.Depot server:
3
146 ms 108 ms 18 ms 78.39.161.170
The italicized numbers represent the time in milliseconds that it takes to travel there and back. This is essentially within your local network (somewhere between your house and ISP) and the numbers should be low (below 25ms in most cases). On your first trace, they were between 18-20ms. Since there's a delay here now, that could indicate that your network modem has a bunch of cached data that may be causing it to react weirdly.
Let's try
resetting your network devices to clear out your modem/router's memory. Once that's completed, let's flush out the DNS as well:
1.) Hit Windows+R on your keyboard to open the Run box.
2.) Type the following and hit enter: cmd
3.) With the Command Prompt open, type each line and hit enter after each one, allowing a few seconds for the procedure to complete:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
4.) Type exit and hit enter to close the Command Prompt
Give that a go and let me know if you see better performance in-game!
