Massive Packet Loss. 8-12%

This is causing my world latency to hit 3k and makes playing the game near impossible. It's so bad that every time I make a post it times out. I don't even know if this one will go through but I also suspect something else.


But here are my own WinMTR results which show the same thing.

Heyo!

While I don't have much info, I did want to let you all know that this is something we're tracking alongside a few other issues we're seeing from players on Charter, Frontier, and NET Virtua. It sounds like some of you have had success connecting through a VPN which would generally indicate a routing issue. If ya'll haven't already, please follow the steps here to run a WinMTR test for about 10-15 minutes during the latency issues and post the results here!

Let's also run a looking glass test here and post the results.

In case y'all can't get to that page ^_^
    1. Download WinMTR from https://winmtrnet.codeplex.com/
    2. Run the WinMTR.NET.exe application If you get any errors make sure to run as admin.
    3. From there start the game. We'll want to follow the instructions here to obtain the IP address:
    The Americas
    137.221.105.2
    24.105.62.129

    4. Type the IP address into the "Host" field.
    5. Click on "Start". We'll run the winMTR for about 10 minutes during the issue. Once done minimize the game and click on "Stop".
    6. Click on "Copy Text to Clipboard" and paste the results here.
