Your friend switched Darkshore to the past version and then Faction Changed? Do you have a character name?

On this character, Kovir? From what I can see you have a quest available in Darkshore that should allow you to continue through Chapter one. Are you not able to see that or pick it up?

It looks like you started the questline but stopped part way through. You seem to have abandoned "A Soft Glow", which can be picked back up from Captain Delaryn Summermoon in Ashenvale. :)

i even try to party up with her and guide her to the npc, but she couldn't see it at all

From what I can see, Bismak, your friend is still on Chapter one of the War of Thorns. She has the quests "Clearing them Out" and "A Glaive Misunderstanding". The quest areas for that should be in the southern areas of Darkshore. Is she sure she is in the correct area?
