Choluna/Thisalee Crow are not gained after completing Primal Fury.

We've identified the issue, and are testing a fix to resolve it for players going forward. Additionally, we're working on a plan to retroactively provide the follower to people who have finished the quest.

Specifically, players who have already completed the quest will be given the faction-appropriate follower after the next realm restarts; players who have not completed the quest will correctly earn the faction-appropriate follower upon completion.

Edit: Just received this info from developers to pass along and add to Zorbrix's post. =)

Quick follow-up: I just received word that realm maintenance will need to take place to ensure those who have completed the quest receive proper credit and the follower; restarts should still fix the issue for all those who have not completed the quest yet. No word on whether we're having maintenance next Tuesday or just restarts, but my apologies for not clarifying this better in my previous post.

To clarify, now that US realms have restarted this morning, going forward players who complete the quest chain now should receive Choluna or Thisalee Crow as a quest reward as intended. If you completed the quest today (Thursday 1/22) and didn't receive the follower, please let me know, as that may be an indication something with our fix didn't work correctly.

Players who completed the quest before this morning's restarts (most of the people in this thread, for example) need a separate, retroactive fix to get the follower sent to you. This requires some work and additional testing, and is tentatively scheduled for next week.

No need at this point in time. We're aiming to give the follower to all players who completed the quest before today, as opposed to answering tickets one at a time.

QA is currently testing some fixes regarding Choluna/Thisalee Crow for those of you still missing them. I hope to have an update within a few hours.

Update, Monday 1/26:

QA has finished testing a hotfix that will provide the Choluna or Thisalee Crow follower NPC to players who previously completed the quest "Primal Fury". If you had completed the quest last week and didn't receive the follower, you should receive the follower as soon as you login once realms have been restarted. Restarts for US realms are currently scheduled for tomorrow at 5am PST. I'm happy to announce that just like any other follower, Choluna and Thisalee Crow have a chance to roll as rare or epic when you recruit them.

Players who have not yet completed Primal Fury will receive Choluna or Thisalee Crow as soon as they complete the quest, in addition to the other rewards.
