Blizzard, what the

So, recently I returned to WoW. Aaand I found out my account had been stolen (last summer my lap top had been stolen and, ofc, it had autologs on my e-mails and every data in it, so the person, who stole it, probably sold my wow acc to some douche kid). Everything was okay, the support guys helped me out AND I got it back since I provided the cdkeys and passport copy and everything else. Today. Today I cant log in. Why? BECAUSE SOMEONE <snip> RESET A PASSWORD ON MY ACC and when I finally got in, the douchebag had even wrote some support tickets and, as I see this now, clueless support guys wanna help him out to recover MY ACCOUNT.
So, with WHO must I speak to finally end this <snip> so Ill nevar have to worry about loosing something THAT I PAYED MY MOUNEY for?
