It’s like Faylanna said, it's hard to give a good piece of advice based on such a broad question, I think you’re just going to get the personal preferences of other people and as you can already see from the initial replies, those will cover all the classes.
If you could tell us a bit more about your preferences we could try to tell you which class might be a good fit for you, for example, do you like close combat? Where you have to constantly adjust your position to catch up with your opponent in order to be able to hit him.
Do you prefer not having to move around that much and being able to hit your enemy at a distance?
Do you like: Big melee weapons? Being able to control pets? Are you confortable with using many bindings? Is mobility very important for you? What about control? Do you prefer gameplay to be more dynamic or more predictable?
I think these would be a good start at least, hope you find “your” class. Have fun!
