why banned 24 hrs!?!?!?

hello, i cursed somone in game yesterday but he swore at me too.my other account banned for 24 hours but blizzard did not warning me before i get ban .why blizzard dont bann him?he swore at me too. i didnot broke game rules. i am new at this game and i didnt make anything wrong why blizzard banned me? this is not fair, not cool.why blizzard dont bann him he cursed me too.

If you wish to discuss an in-game suspension Shadowrazor then you'll need to send an e-mail to the address that was in the mail you received. The e-mail will explain why you were temporarily suspended but this is not something we'll be able to assist you with on the forums.

As for the other player, you can report them using our in-game reporting tool and we will take the appropriate actions. :)
