Sunsong Ranch after 5.2

I have some problems with the announced changes for the Sunsong Ranch. Because I can't find/see them.

The yield from special crops has been improved to make farming them competitive with gathering these items out in the world.

I tested this with Songbell Seeds. And today I have farmed the same amount as before, only one Mote of Harmony per seed. :( Haven't tested the other special crops yet.

Seed bags have been added that allow planting of crops 4 plots at a time.

I am also missing those Seed Bags for multi planting. I couldn't find a merchant for those nor those bags on the farm.

The option to take over the farm is available to characters that are exalted with the Tillers and have unlocked all 16 farm plots.

I am exalted with all Tillers and have all 16 plots, still no option to be found.

Anyone else with such problems or a solution?

I actually found the seed bags on the vendor next to the seed vendor.

The seed vendor also has the bags for every kind of seed (except the trees) on the 2 last pages of its selling pane!
