BOTs farming for months unpunished, until when?

I really do not know what to do about this problem.
I personally reported on my server over 100 farming bots, I made dozens of ticket and in any of them got abundant thanks from Blizzard's team for assisting in stopping these pests, great...

Considering that I long ago stopped believing in Blizzard's promises, I put all BOTs to my Flist (2 full characters now) purely because I wanted to see if this Company will respect their words and to respect their rules.

Past many months from that... 3,4, 5... too much that I lost count... and the same BOTs who me and many other friends reported are still in game, and they still farming everydays 24/7 and they probably made fortune by selling gold.

From time to time I when I lose my nerves by looking them I making again ticket and ask the unfortunate GM who poor is almost with no authority at least to prick bigger heads in Blizzard who obviously allowing the work of bots for some reason (maybe they are so desperate of losing real players subs so they need BOT's subs for cover their spends)

Poor GM says he will do everything and that all struggling together in solving that problem, but there are NO RESULTS FOR HALF OF YEAR and it's better not to think how long these BOTs were active before I decided to report them, maybe 2 years, who can know...

When I wrote directly to higher instances of Blizzard's company their employees have responded to me that they need a little time to discover how BOTs working to be able to insert into the game routine feature who will automatically detect and remove BOTs.

Well I do not know who here lies but as knowing the capabilities of modern hackers they can easily change in a couple of hours code of their farming BOT to avoid existing Blizzard detection so for serious fight against BOTs Blizzard need every week to upgraded their warden program to be able in discovering and destroying new or changed BOTs programs.

With their SLOW system who allowing BOTs which works for months or years while Blizzard trying to find "weaknesses" in the BOT program that allows to BOTs owners to earn so much money that if they even lose one BOT account they can buy an additional 100 WoW accounts for money "earned" during just one month of boting.

For the end I would asked Blizzard to understand this issue more seriously than they have so far and to not say stories about how they need to understand how BOTs works because those are stories only for young children (and to be honest they are today big majority who plays this trivial game what WoW become) but to start with actions.

The sooner is better, today or tomorrow. .. before their ignore of their own rules will make to lose remaining small number of fair and decent players who are still hoping that Blizzard's company still has a bit of honesty, and that not everyone is so hungry for money that they have begun to ignore flood bots everywhere.. mining, herbing, skinning, battlegrounds...

Thank you very much everyone for reading such a long post.

The bot situation has been raised many times, it is an ongoing issue that we are constantly addressing. It's been best covered by Nevalistas over on the US forums, his post contains everything about our stance on the issue.
