So I opened a ticket, and clearly at the bottom I said can I be contacted in game instead of being sent mail, and what does he do?, he sends me in game mail. /facepalm

We try very hard to ensure that we contact players when they are online Windchill but sadly sometimes this is not possible. However if we miss you and contact you via in-game response instead then (as Krisandra points out), you should get the options to either resolve the issue or request further help.

By requesting further help your petition will be resent and hopefully you will be available next time we try to contact you. :)
