Awesome customer service !

After reading another post whining about poor customer service i thought id just say thank you very much for the awesome customer service !

Recently all tickets i have made have been responded to in a reasonable amount of time (it has said up to 1 days 18 hours wait and ive been delt with within an hour). All the GMs i have spoken to have been throughly understanding, extremely helpful and very polite and courteous !

Thank you for doing an awesome job and keep smiling and bashing the trolls !!!
