Selling Alani mount - how it works?

So im one crystal short and starting to wonder of selling it to peeps while getting my Alani at the same time. Few details i wonder. Does everyone has to tag it or is it enough one in the group tags it and everyone gets it? Does it die fast? Should group be party or raid group? If you have sold it, how did you do it by step by step? Im very perfectionist person and would like to have full satisfaction of buyers to make this work well.
