after you've gotten the 20 ore and melting them, you get a message in chat that you get the item, but you never get it

Known issue: Unsanctified Storm Silver ore does not provide the Unsanctified Storm Silver Ingots after smelting. Reports suggest that relogging the affected character(s) would make the missing bars appear in the inventory.
