There's quite a few times so far where I'd like to provide my feedback as I play the game; things I like, things I don't like, and why. However I don't want to abuse the "submit bug" or "I'm confused" options. Would be nice to have an additional button for general feedback.

Am I the only one thinking that?

The in-game tools are more geared toward specificity and the systems side of the game, such as exact location of where you were, what quest you were on etc. when making the "I'm confused" or "Bug report," so that the root causes can be swiftly identified and worked on by the devs & QA.

The forums are better tailored providing more general (and lengthier) feedback, especially feedback more along the lines of what you do/don't like, and also allows others to contribute with their views as well. :)
