New quests not available on EU servers

I saw on reddit that there were 2 new quests enabled with the last reset. However, these quests seem only to be enabled on US servers and not on EU servers.
When are these quests coming for EU? I heard people saying that there didn't seem to be a pre for the quest to pop up.

Apologies for the late answer here. I can confirm that it's not intended that the quests aren't available in EU. The cause of the quests not being available has been identified and a fix is currently being worked on.
