The Stabilized Titan Essence to upgrade legendary items to 970 will still be consumed on use, right?
Crafted items seem to be scaling to 900 ilvl instead of 885 like the patch notes say - intended?

Old legendary upgrade quest (910 -> 940) is gone, no longer in log, probably lost progress. NPC no longer offers quest.
