Best way to level in MoP?

Hi, I'm currently leveling a alt and I'm doing it with heirlooms and dungeons.

But when I reach the level for the MoP zones I really want to do quests and experience the Mop expansion, but I'm afraid that I would level too fast during MoP and missing some zones, So is there any way for me to decrease my xp gain (Not going to use heirlooms there ofc) or to temporarily stop gaining xp while I do the quests or will I naturally level in the speed that people did when mop came out?

In Orgrimmar, and for a small fee he will prevent you from gaining any XP. When you want to level again you can simply pay him another visit and he'll re-enable XP gains for you.
