Can't see character select screen.

When I select my realm The Venture Co I get an empty character scroll with a black background. I see the UI but I can't see my characters in the list. I can change realms and I can enter the 3,4 realms that I have characters on no problem I can't access only The Venture Co where I currently play. I tried going to a working realm and then changing to The Venture Co but all that happens is that the realm name changes on screen but I still see the character roster from the other realm.
This happen to anyone else?
