Beta key giveaway Clarification

The clarification I'm currently looking for is on the beta key giveaway http://blue.mmo-champion.com/topic/415422-legion-beta-key-giveaway/ This is a post on the EU blizzard Forums i understanding that if you are redirected to the shop it means your entry was entered correctly, however the issue i am currently having is the fact that according to this Blue Post put out by blizzard 2,400 beta keys will be released to the winners of the contest. 5. Contest Rules and Prize. Within ten (10) days of the Deadline, Sponsor shall randomly
select Five Thousand Two Hundred (5,200) qualified entrants who answered correctly to each of
the two (2) questions in the Blizzard’s Contest Tool to receive one (1) Legion Beta Test Key. All
Contest winners will be notified via e-mail provided in the Blizzard’s Contest Tool.

So the clarification that i was curious about is if 2,400 beta Keys or if the official rules are correct in saying 5,200 keys will be awarded. I understand not many people will read the official rules so it isn't something that is of much importance however was just something i'm curious about.
