Go to hell with anonymous random dungeons Blizz... Make people resposible for their actions and to know they are playing with other people, not with NPCs. You are goign in nwrong way! From what i see in random dungeon groups, most of the people are sociopaths with (for irony) herd's instincts. That means they dont like to know people, they dont like people in generall but they do follows the brianless herd (stupid action of leaving one after another just becouse someone left with no reason - even tho they would get replacement quicker than new group). Make the game enjoyable by designign it to encourage some thinking and social behaviors... Its just radiculous what shape the current "click to join, click to leave" dungeons systems are in.
edit:
To not just rant i come with solution:
Reputation system. Make people have a pop-up after random dungeon group disbands with all 4 party mates and let them choose 1-5 rating or leave on "do not rate" as default. Also make the higher rating get bonuses to exp or loot. It aint that hard Blizzard... But its time ot take actions against this anonymous "i treat you like trash, you treat me like trash, lets do random dungeon withotu word, maybe group will nto get disbanded untill we get the finished instance pop-up and start leaving group asap even tho some quests are still not completed and not all bosses are down, letrs all just mind our own exp/hour"
