Vanished Ticket??

I made a ticket for an issue in game and my ticket is gone without anyone to apply. I have the mail for creating a ticket tho I didn’t recieve any apply from blizzard and when I go to my Tickets, there is nothing there.
And now days we have to lie in order to make a ticket because 90% of cases are self resolve but my problem isn't, I can’t solve it my self sadly, and I was forced to choose another issue in order to create a ticket. Anyway

What now?

Hey Hsenpai,
Your ticket didn't vanish, you opened it on the US support site, that's why you don't see it when looking at your EU support account. Someone will get to one of your open tickets as soon as they can.
