Blizzard Battle.net Mobile App requirements?

Hello, just got email introducing new battle.net app. But I cant find it in google store on phone and when I try install it through browser in PC it says "this app is incompatible with your device" (my phine is grayed out), but all other apps from blizz works great. My device is Samsung S4 running Android 4.4.2. Can you give us some requirements or restrictions info for new app? Couldnt find it anywhere. Thanks in advance :-)
