Free Character Migration (FCM)
The below FCM is available from July 8-14. All migrations are faction restricted to improve ratios on involved realms, thus your faction is currently the less populated one on the destination realm.

Alliance only:
From: Burning Legion, Grim Batol, Ravencrest, Sylvanas and Silvermoon (PvE)
To: Burning Steppes, Magtheridon, Mazrigos and Vek'nilash

Horde only:
From: Al'Akir, Kazzak, Magtheridon and Stormscale
To: Burning Blade, Neptulon, Tarren Mill and Trollbane

Please note: FCM is opened based on realm population tracking and analysis, not by request. If you're looking for a specific migration (from realm A to realm B), you are in most cases better off using Paid Character Transfer, or you could end up waiting for a very long time.

Paid Character Transfers (PCT)
All English realms follow the regular PCT rules, found here:

Is it because it wont work?

Oops did that slip out ;(

You expect enough people to migrate in a single week to balance out all realms, and if that doesn't happen "it won't work"? :p

tbh it never worked out,it may help a little ,but we can for sure say it never worked out (worked out=fixed problems on FCM reveiving realms)-proof-Xavius-we had few FCMm and we still have underpopulated alliance on Xavius-just check any progress site and see how many active Ulduar 25 guilds we have

You list one realm as proof that it has never worked. Just wanted to point that out. ;)
