Black NPCs

What I have noticed is that there are no black human NPCs in this game. I have not encountered one and I've played this game for quite a while.Does Blizzard mean to say that black people can't become powerful heroes and slay dragons? As an African I am outraged. All the human lore characters have been white.
My people have a rich culture, I don't see why they can't incorporate a little bit into this game.
