Blizzard, why not just do away with faction?

Why dont Blizzard just do away with faction? it means nothing now, so why cant we just use every town, city, quest we want.

Why not let us all just talk and communicate, Have mixed Bgs etc.

Its Plainly obvious Bliz is just doing this for cash, and it'll probably be the end of WOW.
