Reason for a post to be locked!

Is anyone able to explain to me why when a person Post's a Topic, if a blizzard forum employee dislikes the post when he/she Locks the thread they hardly ever give a reason as to why it has been locked?

Surley in a society built on reason a employee MUST be able to give reason for his/her actions otherwise the postee will not know what they have done wrong for their post to be locked, also not to give a reason is plain rude.

If a lock is not clear, then we usually do provide a reason for the lock. Whilst the reason for this lock is clear, here is a demonstration of a lock clarification.
Q u o t e:
Do not post about (or re-post) locked or deleted threads

Posts that are locked or deleted have a reason behind the moderation. We generally lock before we post on a locked thread to stop the violation in question as soon as possible, so if you have yet to see a comment by a member of the community team on a locked thread, please wait for it and do not post on the subject. In some cases the moderator may consider the reason obvious enough to not need explaining, or simply not wish to bring the post back to the top of the forums.
