Event in WoW when Starcraft 2 is released?

Im really courious if Blizzard will do that ,since World of warcraft was released no other games come to the market.

We currently do not have an answer to this question, but this shouldn't stop you from speculating or hoping that something cool might happen in World of Warcraft when Starcraft II and Diablo III will be released.

A Zerg invasion and a roaming Diablo both sound like fun ideas for small events, but the question is if such events wouldn't be incompatible or unsuitable for the game somehow?! :-)

We will of course love to hear more World of Warcraft event ideas to celebrate the launch of Starcraft II and Diablo III, but you will have to keep in mind that the lore and/or content of those events should fit with the lore and content behind World of Warcraft... One must be careful that the lore doesn't lol too much ;-)

The Protoss could crash land into Azeroth, say on a conveniently deserted island somewhere off the coast of one of the main continents. Everyone would be like "Oh my! A strange alien race has crashed their spaceship onto our world!"

That is true, we do have the occasional novelty pets and easter eggs that doesn't really fit with World of Warcraft lore and such, but they are rather rare and doesn't at all have the same impact on the game as for an example a massive Zerg invasion would have... remember the Zombie invasion anyone?
