A Message to Blizzard, Fix Instance Load

This is a QQ post, but I've really had enough.

Blizzard,

Please fix instance server load. Trying for 15 minutes to get into an instance (and then the group disbands) is not the way I expected to spend my paid for game time.

I will not except the excuse that its being worked on, this message has been spouted for far too long. I am not saying the fix will be quick or cheap, however you take several million pounds a month in revenue and expect us to play a broken game?

Just switch the servers off for a couple of days, increase capacity, refund us for lost days. It really is that simple.

Stop avoiding this issue Blizzard. Its really starting to grind with many players now. Some accept it, because they don't know any better. I for one do know better.

My account is now canceled, please Blizzard give me a reason to renew.
