WoW about to be banned in Germany?

In the last few weeks there have been some politicans trying to take WOW from the German Market or make it rated 18.
Yesterday all Interior Ministers of the german federal states have decided on a law that will make every game illegael that features realistic killing of humans or humanlike charcaters.
If the parlament would vote for the law it could mean the end of ego shooters and even strategy games and rpgs.
(Making and Distrubting games will be forbidden).
In the worst case it could affect all german WOW players. Will Blizzard bann all german Players?
Since owning the game will not be forbidding but distribution will be. (I am think of downloading patches, etc....)
I hate my Country.
I know that you folks can do nothing about it, i am just writing so that the nongerman WoW Comunity knows about it.
