This is only for Romanian players who are banned from certain blizz features i know there was another post about this and its something in our law system but can som1 tell us what exactly maybe we can change it ..... .

Actually this is how it is: we do not want, in any way, to restrict services or contests from any region. However, lack of laws in certain countries -- or lack of clarity in the laws -- prevents us from being able to support all the countries we would like to.
