Please don't. That's just ridiculous, every character has to learn how to fly doesn't he? It's not like "OHMYGOD MY BROTHER LEARNED HOW TO FLY NOW I AUTOMATICALLY CAN TOO!"

And don't give me the crap "5k gold farming is hard T.T" 'cause it ain't.

No mockery intended Kanka, but you may wish to read the text you quoted once again :-)

What was said was that we are currently looking into the mount and riding skill system as we feel that some changes may need to be done. It is doubtful however, that riding skills will ever become account wide.

We will of course let you know as soon as we have more information available on these changes, but please note that we are only looking into tweaking the existing system. It should be fairly safe to say that one should not expect to see a complete overhaul on how mounts and the riding skill system works :-)
