Banned from posting on forum...

Hello, my friend today tried to post something on the rogue class forum, just a general question about rogues and it comes up with a list of his characters, then at the bottom it says:

*The characters on this account are unavailable, as the account has expired or is prohibited from posting.

Whys is this? as he is sure he has not posted anythin offencive or abusive.
