every warrior these days is arms or prot ..
New Talent] [Exausted] after dealing damage 3 times in a row warriors weapon speed is reduced by 30% and total health by 15 % also taking extra 10 percent damage from all attacks..
it should be fair that fury and arms should have similar debuffs .
i dont see any negative talents in arms ..
so please could developer look into this .
