Dual talet spec not changing action bars

I though that Dual talent spec was suposed to change my action bars when i activate a different spec..
but atm it just stays the same (minus the abilities i unlearn)
Is there a way to get the action bars to change along with my spec?

I am using standard blizz ui action bars

When in your second spec, change something on the action bars. When you pop back to your first spec, note whether or not those changes you made revert. If they do, it's working fine. :)

It wont clear your second action bar, it duplicates the first one, so you need to make changes to the second set of bars to notice the difference.
