Can you disband guilds?

hi i have a problem with a guild i created with one of my other chars and i want to know if theres anyway to change its name or disband it ?

id rather just change its name tbh but i cant work out how lol

If you're Guild Leader:

type /gdisband into the chat. You cannot rename a guild once created, I'm afraid.
