Lvl70 Deadly Gladiator Rank?

Blizzard, are you aware of this issue that you could of had Deadly Gladiator Rank, (or even Gladiator rank?) plus the Frostwyrm mount as a level70, along with the achievement called "Earn Gladiator rank in one season at LEVEL 80."?

There was a screenshot, even his/her armory link. I don't link those however, I respect their some sort of "Privacy" here.. :P

We're looking into such cases. To clarify further the rewards are intended to be for eligible level 80 characters.
