We're currently aware of the following talent point/dual-spec issues:
1) Too many or too few available talent points
Occasionally the total number of talent points available for use may display as being too high or too few. However, you should still be able to spend the correct amount of available talent points for your character level. In case you are not able to spend the full amount of talent points, we suggest resetting your user-interface settings back to default values (http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=142414281&sid=1#1). Should the issue still persist, feel free to contact our Game Masters via the in-game ticket system who will be able to look into it further.
2) Talents are being partially reset when swapping between saved dual specs
Some talent points are being wiped upon switching from one spec to another. This is a known issue and we’re currently looking into it. For now, you need to re-spend the talent points which were reset and pull the respective icon back to the action bar. While we’re working on a solution, we apologize for the inconvenience.

3) Talent points not showing up correctly in the talent tree
Used talent point may sometimes not appear on the talent tree. This is a display issue only; you still have the talent and it should work correctly.
