After the patch the attack bonus is no longer there. Is that by accident or on purpose?

As others have pointed out before me, this fishing pole was changed by accident.
We plan to fix this in an upcoming patch, so you should hopefully soon be able to maul those evil fishies and other baddies once again with your mighty fishing pole :-)
