I started the quest line for Locked Away, in Western Plaguelands. I have looted the key but i cannot click the outhouse, in order to spawn Mr Dalson.
Anyone that can help with this?

Hey Damrael,
Make sure that the key is in your inventory, and not your bank for example, and I would suggest that you try to reload your interface in-game. The quest comments here may also provide you with some ideas on how to go about it, if you are still having issues. Our QA team is currently looking into this!
