A pretty severe chat problem

On this character (Nilevile) I can chat but only the speech bubbles will appear, Trade and things like NPC talking comes up but say, yell, party (as far as I've seen) I'm pretty worried, I've checked my interface > social and everything's normal I think I'm going to need quite alot of help here or maybe even a quick account shutdown so as the problem can be fixed
