More notice should have been given

If you are removing stuff from the game for good then more notice about the patch should have been given!

With the rewards being removed for Glory of the raider achievements at least 1 weeks notice should have been given to let people know that had 1 lass chance to complete them.

For me I doesn't matter I did mine, but a few of my guildies are 1 achievements away and thought we had at least another week to finish it.

I not asking for another week or anything like that (the patch comes when it comes) but we should have been told at the start of last week that is was coming or at least very likely it was coming.

We've always worked in this way. The problem comes that if we announce something and are (for whatever reason) forced to delay it, then we upset a lot of people. One other thing to note is still a week would not be adequate for many people, and we would enjoy reading 'amg only a weeks notice?!' threads. We cannot win over everyone in every situation. :)
