It wont be today, and it certainly wont be tomorrow, but when it is ready, it will be released. ;P

Lots of changes are still being tested, and every day more changes are being made. Recently we have had some focused testing going on regarding class balance within the arenas on the PTR.

It's not a case of slapping together some ideas and pushing them live (contrary to common belief I might add) and there is a rigorous chain of involvement from various parties to get such a large patch from brains to bytes.
