What happened to new dance animations?

Just occurred to me it was something Blizzard were apparently working on and I for one got quite excited because I could finally have a character that didn't look like they were trying to shake poo off her boots every time I wanted to celebrate facerolling my awesome class for long enough to down bosses with my guild...

What happened to the dance studio, and new dances? It seemed like quite a big upcoming feature for a while, and don't get me wrong, if it's a choice between a chance to raid Ulduar or learning to breakdance outside it I know what I prefer, but I'd like to know what happened to it!
