Hi, instead of flaming, I decided to write a post which would ask Blue / Devs about main mage concerns.

Please add your questions which concerns you as well.

1. Do Devs believe that CS GCD balance affecting mage vs casters do not have to be adjusted by something else (because it wont get changed back)? if no, why, if yes, explain what kind of help will make up for it.

2. Do Devs think about adjusting Sheep somehow, to be more viable past TBC? Mages think that health component should be removed due to generall CC nerf in TBC and other justifications (more HP, etc). Generally, do Devs think like adjusting Sheep in future (near?) or not?

3. What are the arguments behind Devs believe that Invisibility in its current state is good enough ability? And, do Devs even consider, the feedback about Invisibility that was given by players, to make the spell more desirable? Do They feel like changing it in future? Players feel like giving plenty reasonable suggestions how to adjust this spell, do Devs consider the change about this spell?

4. Players are concerned that Mages have very important spells simply dispelable, like 41 point talent spell "Slow", Players feel that Mages should get defend againts dispel, be it Talent or Skill, doesnt matter. Do Devs consider this kind of change? would Devs want players feedback on this?

5. Mages feel like their class is losing key components, and it feels less and less as a Mage playing one. Other classess seem to get Mage advantages (fast burst dmg, also long term DPS) but Mages do not get anything in comparison (or rather not appropriate). Many aspects of the game as a Mage can be replaced by playing other class, Mage seem to excel less in their prorities in PvE, and they seem to have more and more trouble in PvP balance due to plenty of things. Dont Devs think that those concerns, pointed out by players, are not valid ones?

6. Do Devs think that Mage balance as a class is appropriate comparing to lets say Warlocks? Thinking more about PvP, but as PvE dmg too.

EDIT: 7. One more question, this is from me personally: Do Developers think that 1v1 PvP balance is important? and do they think that in TBC considering top end game PvP every class can win with every class more or less?

Mages will appreciate answers on those I think, if the answers wont be just "Yes" or "No". Please, hear us out and answer these, our Customer Service (Blue). Thank you in advance.

Rofl@OP ^^

This is sooo "6-months-ago". Nobody cares about being constructive anymore, we've given up. I just enjoy the last weeks of my mage's life before Blizzard kills it in next patch and I cancel my subscription.

Post like Amorte's are much more likely to be read by us than rude ascii-figures, I can assure you.

Thanks for your non-flaming and input. We don't have any answers to these particular questions at the moment, but as I just wrote in another thread the beta testing is exactly that - testing. Wait and see what will happen when the expansion is released (and provide us with constructive feedback in the meanwhile).

Yet, Ommra nor any other CM have not replied further, there is no imply they will forward those questions and try get them answered. Which is (sorry to say that) still same as ignorance. Ok, they dont have answers now, but as a CM they should say that those community questions will get forwarded and that they will at least TRY to get answers, right?

Well, that's our job so of course we do that. I think I have said those exact words ten million times on these forums, but perhaps not on mage forum then.

The reason we haven't replied further is that we have weekend ;)
