I made this post so people could post what they think about this ability.

Throws your weapon at the enemy causing [ 50% of AP + 12 ] damage (based on attack power), reducing the armor on the target by 20% for 10 sec, and removing any invulnerabilities. 25 Rage, 30 yd range, 1.5 sec cast, 5 min cooldown

My personal feedback:

- Cooldown: Is equal to Divine Shield's so it is used only once for each time they bubble up. Imo it is fine.
- Cast time: Maybe lowering it to 0.5 sec to match Mass Dispel CD.
- Rage cost: It is way too high, and in most times you won't have this amount of rage when the paladin bubbles, maybe reduce it a bit to 15 or 20 rage.
- Debuff duration: 5 minute cooldown to apply a 20% less armor debuff... Make it 30 sec like Sunder Armor effect.
- Other: Make it never miss, dodge, parry or block, or else RNG saves the pally day.

Q u o t e:
well, i have a strong feeling that it's going to be on live, tho might get modified a little on the way, but basically working as a bubble / iceblock breaker. Quoting the good ol' GC himself.

Q u o t e:
Paladins are extremely powerful in PvP right now.
Priests are the only class that can break bubbles. We felt another class needed the ability.
Warriors are weak in PvP right now.
Warriors needed another reason to want to go to Battle Stance.
Going to Battle Stance helps to telegraph what the warrior is about to do.
It just all fit.

Just quoting this for emphasis :-)

Although it is possible that adjustments will have to be made in regards to the cast time and cooldown of Shattering Throw, it is an ability that we feel is needed in the game and one that will be quite useful for Warriors in PvP.

Except limiting it to Battle stance, which is kinda redundant by itself. Adding more spells which require certain stance will not help warriors in any case what so ever in PVP. It will only gimp us even more, requiring even more stance dancing than it's now needed.

Stance dancing has always been the foundation of the Warrior class, and we still want Warriors to make choices to change stances in order to use specific abilities. Part of what we would like to do with Shattering Throw is to give you another situational reason to shift to Battle Stance.
